1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • How much does shipping cost? Shipping is 100% Free on all orders across our store. There are no minimum order values or hidden fees.

  • What are your processing and delivery times?

    • Order Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

    • Transit Time: 5 – 9 business days (Monday – Friday).

    • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 12 business days.

  • What is your daily order cut-off time? Our daily cut-off time is 05:00 PM (PST), Monday through Friday. Orders received after this time will begin processing the following business day.

2. Payments & Security

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept a wide range of safe and reliable payment options:

    • Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

    • International & Specialized Cards: JCB and Diners Club.

    • Debit Options: Maestro and Visa Electron.

  • Is it safe to shop on your website? Absolutely. Our boutique is powered by Shopify and utilizes a secure, SSL-encrypted checkout system. Your full payment details are completely private and are never stored on our servers.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We want you to love your new look! We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your package arrives to request a return.

  • How do I start a return request? To initiate a return, simply email us at support@daliasboutique.shop with your order number. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

  • When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected at our headquarters, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Order Assistance

  • Can I track my package? Yes! As soon as your clothes are packed and dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

  • What if I receive a damaged or wrong item? Please check your garments as soon as they arrive. If something is wrong or damaged, contact us immediately at +1 916-803-8428 so we can correct the mistake for you right away.
