2. Order Timeline & Deadlines
We work diligently to ensure your orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review our daily timeline:

Daily Order Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM (PST) — Monday through Friday.

Order Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This is the time it takes to verify your payment, quality-check your clothing, and pack your order.

Transit Time: 5 – 9 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This is the time your package spends traveling from our facility to your address.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 12 Business Days.
Note: Orders placed after 05:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday morning.
3. Shipping Destination & Method

Destination: We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not support international shipping, nor do we ship to US territories or freight forwarders at this time.

Shipping Method: All packages are shipped via our standard courier services under our "Free Shipping" tier.
4. Package Tracking
Once your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's network.
5. Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us at support@daliasboutique.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the shipping address or reroute a package once it has been processed or shipped.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, or if the tracking status indicates it has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
